We are passionate about how these factors shape the potential for employees and organizations to not only succeed, but to thrive. Experiencing the highs and lows of our own workplaces and realizing the connections between office cultures, policies, and performance drove us to take action to help our organizations develop a more thoughtful, intentional approach to their toughest challenges. We spent years analyzing and developing creative solutions to harness our full potential as individuals and as organizations, and to move beyond simply succeeding in our industries to having a greater impact on our global community. We firmly believe that when employees realize their potential, organizations are able to flourish and achieve results beyond what was thought possible to make their organizations, and the world, a better place.

Who We Are
Co-FOUNDER and CO-Owner
Anna has held a variety of positions across the federal government, non-profit, and private sector communities, where she has regularly leveraged her background in economics and psychology to examine the practices that shape organizational efficiency and culture. Anna is passionate about how organizational dynamics shape employee experiences and how those experiences impact an organization’s effectiveness and ability to achieve its mission. Anna has developed and led several trainings and other initiatives to improve employee working conditions and corporate culture and has completed hundreds of hours of leadership, management, emotional intelligence, and mindfulness training and observation. She holds a B.S. in Economics from the Villanova School of Business, where she was awarded the Bartley Medallion for Economics, and a B.A. in Psychology from Villanova University’s School of Liberal Arts and Sciences. Anna was also recognized in 2016 as a leader in fostering diversity and inclusion in her workplace. In her free time, Anna is a cellist and an avid sailor and paddle boarder who never misses an opportunity to get out on the water.

Jeremy’s professional experience spans the public and private sectors, from the federal government and public education to manufacturing and the outdoor industry. Throughout his experience, Jeremy has focused on ways that organizational culture shapes the development of leaders and how organizations can inspire more effective leadership at all levels. Jeremy has developed and led training programs enabling employees to develop greater emotional intelligence, mindfulness, and leadership skills to increase their individual and organizational impact. He has a M.A. in Philosophy and Social Policy with a focus in Buddhist philosophy from American University and a B.S. in Mathematical Physics from Case Western Reserve University. He is also an alumni of the National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS) in Lander, Wyoming. In his free time, you’ll find him running or rock climbing in pursuit of his next adventure.
